These samples of platinum are displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. These rare platinum nuggets are about 5 cm across. The left one at 444.4 grams is from Nizhniy Tagil, Urals, Russia. The right one is 536.7 grams and is from Choco, Colombia.
